HIC has a significant experience and understanding of real estate investments, developments and constructions, and uses this knowledge to optimize return on investment while protecting membersí invested capital.


Generally, we require our investments to be considered a first lien position on properties acquired and always to have complete ownership rights of the real estate.


Our philosophy is that we would rather invest in a smaller deal and have ownership as well as first lien position against real property, than leveraging monies to invest in a large deal. Our investment structure is usually compared to the legal rights of a real estate lending institution and the protection of an owner with the upside of an equity partner.
